1. The Service

Polydrop (polydrop.dev) generates low-poly 3D assets from text prompts using AI models, and lets you revise, edit, animate and export them as .glb files. The service is currently in beta — features may change, break or be removed without notice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret. Anyone holding your API key can spend your credits. You must be at least 13 years old to use Polydrop.

3. Credits & Payments

Generations, revisions and animations consume credits. Credits are consumed when a generation starts and are automatically refunded if it fails on our side. Purchased credits are tied to your account, do not expire, and are non-transferable. Refunds for purchased credits are handled case by case — contact us.

4. Your Assets

You own the assets you generate, including the exported .glb files, and may use them in personal and commercial projects. Assets marked public appear in Community Drops with your username; anyone may view them there and use them as inspiration. You can switch any asset to private at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Polydrop to generate unlawful or harmful content, attempt to extract or abuse the underlying AI models, overload the service, or reverse-engineer other users' private data. We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.

6. API

API access is provided per key, subject to the published rate limits. We may change API endpoints with reasonable notice on the documentation page.

7. Disclaimer

Polydrop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Generated assets come from AI models and may occasionally be broken or unexpected — check them before shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Polydrop after a change means you accept the new terms.
